Partners and Volunteers

Inglewood Elementary is proud to partner with over 60 community organizations that provide a variety of resources and experiences for our school.

Community Achieves

As a Community Achieves school, we have a full-time Site Manager who coordinates this vast array of volunteers and partnerships. Our Site Manager works closely with all stakeholders to ensure these partnerships align with the goals, needs, and aspirations of our school community.

Volunteers

Volunteers provide tutoring, enrichment, mentoring, and support to teachers. We welcome and appreciate volunteering in any form, whether on an ongoing or one-time basis.

Testimonials

Urban Green Lab has loved working with Inglewood over the past few years. Their expertise in environmental education contributed to our teacher curriculum and training, which provides resources for teachers and students across the district. The passionate teachers on the green team committed to creating and executing a sustainability strategic plan in order to improve even more upon their sustainability education and practices, inspiring students to be part of the solution and support a healthy planet and community.

- Diana Andrew, Assistant Director of Programs, Urban Green Lab

Turnip Green Creative Reuse has worked with Inglewood Elementary School for the past three years, leading after school STEAM clubs with students across all grade levels. Our mission is to foster creativity and sustainability with students, and I am always so impressed with Inglewood’s drive to bring more green partners into their building to enhance the school’s environmental studies focus. It has been fantastically collaborative and easy working with every single staff member and student at Inglewood, so it’s unsurprising that so many community partners want to work with them!
