• TCAP TESTING | April 14 – 25
  • Volunteers needed to help hand out snacks to 3rd – 5th grade.
• KINDERGARTEN ABC COUNTDOWN | April 18 – May 22
  • Check your ABC Countdown Calendar for a list of events and dress-up days
• EARTH DAY | May 5
  • Educators from across Nashville will be at Inglewood to lead our kids in fun environmental activities.
•  TEACHER & STAFF APPRECIATION WEEK | May 5 – 9
  • We want to celebrate every single teacher and staff member at Inglewood this year. This year, we will be celebrating our hardworking staff with our new “Sponsor a Staff Member” gift basket!
  • To join us:
    • Select a staff member from THIS LIST to sponsor. Remember – it may not be YOUR child’s teacher, but it’s all about spreading the love to ALL of our educators and support staff!
    • Look at their Favorite’s List to put together a goodie basket worth $15 – 25.
    • Drop your gift basket off at Inglewood by Friday, May 2.
  • We also need volunteers on Monday, May 5 from 7:45-9:15AM to hand out treat. Sign up HERE.
• FAMILY FUN(DRAISING) NIGHT | May 6
  • Join us at East Nashville Beer Works on May 6 from 4 – 8PM to raise money for the IES PTA!
  • 15% of all sales from this night will go directly to the PTA. Come in-person or place an order to-go!
• WALK AND ROLL TO SCHOOL | May 7
  • Meet at the South Inglewood Community Center at 7:15AM to walk and roll to school together
• 101 DALMATIANS PLAY | May 8 & 9
  • Inglewood Elementary is pleased to present 101 Dalmatians! Doors open at 5:30 with concessions for sale and the play starts at 6PM.
  • Tickets are $8 for adults, $5 for kids, 5 and under are FREE. Buy your tickets in advance HERE.
  • This event is open to the public so spread the word! Check out our 101 Dalmatians Headquarters HERE.
  • Volunteers needed for ticket sales, baked good donations and manning the bake sale. SIGN UP HERE.
• PTA CELEBRATION | May 13
  • Please join us at the South Inglewood Community Center at 6:30PM to celebrate our newly elected 25-26 Leadership Team!

• FIELD DAY | May 19
  • Join us for fun and jam-packed Field Day hosted by Mrs. Dunaway! Volunteers are needed! Sign up HERE (coming soon).
  • Support Field Day by purchasing items off their Amazon Wish List HERE.
• STEPPING UP CEREMONIES & SHOWCASE OF LEARNING | May 20
  • Join us to celebrate our kids achievements this year and celebrate their promotion to the next grade. Crying optional.
• LAST DAY OF SCHOOL | May 22
  • This is a half day for all students. Dismissal is at 11AM for Pre-K and 11:30 for K-5th. Have a safe Summer Break!
